Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Store Grade, operated by M Dumas Inc.
Eligibility and authority
You may use Store Grade only if you can form a binding agreement and are authorized to submit the storefronts, files, accounts, repositories, and other materials you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information and for protecting account and private-report access.
Permitted use
You may use Store Grade for legitimate ecommerce analysis and implementation planning. You may not probe internal networks, bypass access controls, upload materials without permission, interfere with the service, misuse integrations, introduce malicious code, resell access contrary to your plan, or use outputs for unlawful activity.
Reports and recommendations
Reports combine automated analysis, public evidence, and operator-oriented recommendations. Findings may be incomplete, inferred, delayed, or inaccurate. Review recommendations before implementation and maintain backups. Store Grade does not guarantee revenue, conversion, search, accessibility, legal, advertising, marketplace, or platform-approval outcomes.
Plans, billing, and renewal
Prices, included review passes, storefront limits, and billing cadence are shown at checkout. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. You authorize Stripe and Store Grade to charge the selected amount and applicable taxes according to the checkout terms.
Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customer content and integrations
You retain ownership of your materials. You grant Store Grade a limited license to process, store, reproduce, and transform them only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Third-party integrations remain subject to their own terms and availability.
Store Grade intellectual property
M Dumas Inc retains all rights in Store Grade software, analysis methods, report structure, workflow, branding, templates, and product design. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Store Grade intellectual property.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach. You may stop using the service and cancel subscriptions according to the refund policy. Provisions that logically survive termination remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
Store Grade is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. M Dumas Inc disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M Dumas Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Store Grade during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
